As a Teenagers and Sports Mental Coach I’m dedicating part of my work to help athletes to develop a strong mindset and go through any challenge of their carrier.
The hardest part of a competition is not the technique itself or the hard work of preparing your body . It is the pressure of the environment, parents and trainers are present expecting to see wins. Plus the waiting and the social buzz around the athlete's area is energy consuming. Most of the kids are overwhelmed just before the competition get start. Most of the competitions are won or lost even before starts. Mental preparation is essencial. Therefore, having a strong mindset is a MUST if you want to be a top level athlete.
Each session has the duration of 50 min. Presencial or Video Call, it will depend in which part of the world you and me are.
